What this is
MyTribeMyVibe is a community noticeboard for gatherings, operated by Mycelial Ventures LLC, a company registered in the United States, with the help of volunteers from the community. A first look at what is on — the front page and each event's summary — and sending in an event are free. The rest of the website — every event in full, saving events, calendar links — and the app are a paid membership, described below. Creating an account means agreeing to these terms and to the privacy policy. These terms were last changed on October 24, 2026.
Membership and billing
A membership costs US$3.99 a month or US$29.99 a year. New members start with a free trial — 30 days on the website, one month in the App Store or Google Play — and the website gives each person one free trial, once. A membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. On the website you pay through Stripe: cancel any time in Manage billing on your Membership page, before the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for; we do not refund part of a period unless the law requires it. Stripe emails your receipts, tells you if a payment fails, and reminds you before a free trial becomes a paid membership and before a yearly renewal. In the apps, the App Store or Google Play bills you under its own terms: cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends, and ask the store for any refund. Prices in other currencies are set by the store. A gift link gives one account 90 days or an unlimited membership, with no card; a 90-day gift is not followed by another free trial. We may change the price of future periods, with notice before the change applies. Deleting your account cancels a website membership; it does not cancel a store subscription, which you cancel with the store.
What you may send in
Anything you send in — a flyer, an event, a post — is read by a person before it appears (flyers and announcements are read first by an AI service, named in the privacy policy), and we may decline or remove it for any reason. Do not send in what is not yours to share, what is abusive or unlawful, or what has nothing to do with a gathering. We have no tolerance for abusive content or abusive people: every report is read within 72 hours, and we remove content and block accounts when it is warranted.
Age
You must be at least 13 to have an account or a membership.
Accuracy
We do our best, but we can't promise an event is right. Times change, venues change, things get canceled, and we're reading announcements written by other people. Always confirm with the organizer before you travel.
Events belong to their organizers
We don't own the events we list, and we don't claim to. Each one credits and links back to whoever announced it. The flyers and posters belong to the people who made them.
Asking to be removed
Anyone can ask, for any reason, and we'll do it. Write to support@mytribemyvibe.com or use the takedown form. We won't ask you to justify it.
