We invite you to be part of a space where martial arts go beyond combat. Develop strength, coordination, balance, confidence, discipline, and presence through conscious movement. Martial arts are a powerful tool for personal growth, strengthening the body, focusing the mind, and cultivating strong character. Through consistent practice, you will develop physical and motor skills, improve your overall fitness, and build greater self-confidence and inner security. Classes are guided by Sergio Cubero, an instructor with over 20 years of experience in martial arts. Before the age of 23, he became a 9-time Costa Rican National Champion and has dedicated much of his life to the study, practice, and teaching of movement, personal development, and discipline. His multidisciplinary approach integrates physical strength, body awareness, and holistic growth. All levels are welcome.
